What is the Alliance for College and Career Student Success in South-Central Texas (ACCSS)?
It is a partnership between rural public school districts and Blinn College District working together to share resources and to provide more dual credit opportunities and career pathways for students in their region. These partners will work collaboratively to provide academic and career resources, guidance and support necessary for students to complete a post-secondary or workforce career credential.
Vision
Students from rural communities graduate high school with a plan, prepared for post-secondary success – ultimately learning , living and working in the rural communities where they were raised.
Mission
ACCSS provides the academic and career resources, student advising, and support needed for every student, regardless of background, to earn post-secondary credits or workforce credentials to pursue their individual goals.
About ACCSS
ACCSS assists in eliminating financial, transportation, and support barriers for our students. ACCSS provides resources, guidance, and support solidly preparing our students for university study or a career in a high demand field.
